How might we speculate the dystopian future of an ideal future space?

 

2020 led us to think critically about many concerning environmental, health, and social shortcomings. The pandemic

not only brought difficult times but also exposed the loopholes and voids in our society. A whole new lifestyle is being adopted by people all around the world, extending from the heavy use of sanitizers to zoom calls to combat the apprehensive feeling of stepping outside. Many industries, previously taken for granted, have flourished queerly such as the toilet roll manufacturers.

 

However, the most prominent change is in the amount of time people have started spending at their homes out of fear and policies such as stay-at-home lockdowns. Eventually, making people miss the fun experiences of the outside world.

 

The motive of this project is to brand a speculative structure that fabricates outdoor experiences and activities within its walls. The project is designed to speculate the dystopian future of such idealistic future space.
