My Role at Zyyo:
At Zyyo, I play a pivotal role in elevating the visual identity and consistency of our communication assets across multiple platforms. From website designs to branding materials, my focus is on ensuring that all digital assets align with the brand's aesthetic and remain cohesive. I spearhead the design and execution of layouts for decks, brochures, websites, and create a wide range of graphic assets. Working closely with my design team, I design project websites, while coordinating with our web developer to ensure their seamless execution. I also oversee each project by conducting design audits and making necessary iterations for optimal performance across various screen sizes.
Beyond design, I streamline the marketing team's workflow, provide constructive feedback, lead daily meetings, and collaborate with vendors and PR representatives to ensure successful project deliveries. Additionally, I monitor our property listings on platforms like Zillow, Apartment.com, and CoStar, keeping all media up-to-date, while coordinating with analysts on lead management.
